How do I install my gearbox?

To learn how to install your gearbox, please follow the attached link below to our fitment guide.

Fitment Guide

Should I install the shifter myself?

Installing the shifter yourself should only be done if you plan to route your shifter cable internally through your frame.

Otherwise, we recommend opting to have the shifter fitted from factory for the easiest installation experience.

What's my bottom bracket width?

To locate your bicycles bottom bracket width, we recommend doing one of the following:

Remove the existing bottom bracket and check for product information.

Measure the internal distance between the bottom bracket cups, or measuring the bottom bracket shell width on your frame.

Contacting the original bike manufacturer for technical information.

How do I decide my pre-tensioner position?

We advise you refer to our pre-tensioner guide below, which helps explain what a pre-tensioner is and how to find your ideal cable length/position.
